Our alumni continue to be an essential part of our community through mentorship and ambassador roles, coming back to FourBlock to “pay it forward” and teach, mentor, and hire the next cohort of veterans in transition. FourBlock continues to support our alumni in their career pursuits, providing the ongoing opportunity to build lasting and meaningful professional relationships through our exclusive online community, FourBlock Connect, as well as local and national events, networking opportunities, and more.

Our Alumni

After nearly 15 years, more than 4,500 veterans have successfully completed our program and become members of the FourBlock community.

Our alumni have gone on to excel in meaningful careers with top companies, with 92% of eligible 2023 alumni**securing an internship or full-time position at the company or in the industry of their choosing. The average starting base salary (full-time, self-reported) for our 2023 alumni is $100,837.*
