Where Purpose meets Impact

On April 30, 2026, FourBlock celebrated this year of empowering veterans and military spouses at the USS Intrepid in New York City. Over 230 attendees—including corporate partners, board members, funders, and veteran changemakers—gathered to recognize impact, share stories, and strengthen the ecosystem connecting talent to opportunity.

Victoria McGrath Service Award Winner

Honoring exceptional commitment to veteran career success, this year’s award went to Patricia Hubbell, founder of CandorFull and now a FourBlock board member, for her extraordinary dedication to empowering veterans in their transition to meaningful careers.

Changemaker of the Year

Recognizing leaders making a measurable, transformative impact, FourBlock celebrated Loren Dorshow, of the Car Donation Foundation, as Changemaker of the Year for his exceptional commitment to creating opportunities and pathways for veterans and military spouses. Honorees included Connie Verducci of Bank of America, Mike Rouse of Marsh, AJ Frank of USAA, Cameron Mattingly of Coca-Cola, and Jessica Tisch, NYC Police Commissioner, each recognized for their extraordinary dedication to advancing veteran career success and workforce alignment.

Guest of Honor

USAA CEO Juan Andrade served as Guest of Honor, championing military talent and workforce alignment through initiatives like USAA Honor Through Action, demonstrating a sustained commitment to creating pathways for service members into meaningful careers.

Turning Service Into $500M+ Impact

Our impact is measurable and transformative. Across our ecosystem, we’ve created $500M+ in economic impact, and for every dollar given, a veteran’s first-year salary increases by $12. Participants see an average $40,000 first-year lift, translating to roughly $400,000 in additional earnings over ten years. A Best Non-Profit to Work For, FourBlock combines a Data + Humanity approach, using AI-driven insights alongside human connection to maximize outcomes.
