Virtual
FourBlock Military Spouse Graduation & Employer Meet and Greet
July 8, 2026 1:30pm - 3:30pm ET
About This Event
FourBlock is proud to celebrate the graduates of our Military Spouse Career Readiness Program at this special virtual Graduation and Employer Meet and Greet. Military spouses bring an extraordinary set of skills to the workforce — adaptability, resilience, cross-cultural communication, and the ability to thrive under pressure — yet they continue to face a unique set of career challenges, including frequent relocations, employment gaps, and limited access to professional networks. This event honors their dedication and connects them directly with employers who are committed to hiring and retaining military spouse talent.
This graduation event brings together program graduates and a distinguished group of hiring managers, talent acquisition professionals, and inclusion leaders from leading organizations across healthcare, defense, retail, finance, and technology. Attendees will gain firsthand insight into what top employers are looking for, how to position their military life experience as a competitive professional asset, and how to navigate the modern job search with confidence and clarity.
Rooted in FourBlock's mission to empower the military community through meaningful career development, this event is more than a celebration — it is a launching pad. Graduates will leave equipped with new professional connections, employer insights, and the momentum needed to pursue fulfilling, sustainable careers regardless of where their next duty station may take them.
