The FourBlock Career Readiness Coach plays an essential role in the FourBlock experience—working one-on-one with veterans as they navigate the transition from military service to meaningful civilian careers. Coaches provide guidance, encouragement, and accountability as veterans refine their professional story, expand their networks, and prepare for opportunities in the civilian workforce.

The FourBlock Career Readiness Instructor (CRI) plays a central role in the FourBlock experience — guiding veterans as they translate military service into meaningful civilian careers.As a CRI, you become part of the cycle of service that powers the FourBlock ecosystem. You help veterans build confidence, expand professional networks, and connect directly with employers who understand the value of military leadership.Each cohort creates a powerful environment where veterans, employers, and mentors come together to build relationships, share insight, and unlock career opportunity. As a CRI, you help lead that experience.This is more than teaching a course — it’s helping the next generation of veterans navigate transition and step into their next chapter with clarity and purpose.

FourBlock volunteers play a vital role in helping veterans and military spouses successfully transition into civilian careers. There are multiple ways to get involved, depending on your expertise and availability:
