MAKE THE MOVE

Turn clarity into action.

01

Reclaim

The Program opens with two weeks of reflective work. You will explore your values, strengths, interests, and skills using a variety of assessments, all with the goal of rediscovering and clearly defining who you are right now, not who you were before military life reshaped you.

02

Refine

Examines where you are headed and what gets in the way. In this phase, you will examine negative mindsets and internal saboteurs and learn how to set healthy boundaries and build confidence – the important personal work that underlies any successful career transition.

03

Relaunch

This is where you will build and sharpen your professional presence. You’ll craft their personal brand and learn to tell your story clearly and convincingly – on paper through a targeted resumé, online through a polished LinkedIn profile, and in person through a memorable elevator pitch and effective networking, interviewing, and negotiating.

04

Review & Refresh

Closes the program with two weeks of live practice, real-time feedback, and future planning. You will rehearse your elevator pitch, answer mock interview questions, and create a concrete vision for the months to come.

Considering the Military Spouse Career Readiness Program?

We know every military spouse's career journey is different. Below are answers to some of the most common questions about eligibility, time commitment, program structure, and what you can expect from the experience. If you don't see your question here, we'd love to hear from you.

The program is designed for military spouses from all service branches who are seeking greater clarity, confidence, and direction in their professional lives. Whether you're re-entering the workforce, pursuing a new career path, seeking advancement, launching a business, or exploring what's next, the program provides the structure, support, and community to help you move forward.

This program was built specifically for military spouses.

Military spouses face unique challenges—including frequent relocations, career interruptions, caregiving responsibilities, and disrupted professional networks. Rather than treating these experiences as obstacles, the program helps participants recognize the strengths they've developed and translate them into meaningful career opportunities.

Over ten weeks, you'll participate in a guided career development experience that combines self-paced learning, live coaching, peer support, and practical career readiness training.

You will leave with:

CLARITY
I know where I'm going.

CONFIDENCE
I know what I bring.

CONNECTIONS
I know people who can help me get there.

A PLAN
I know what I'm doing next.

Participants leave with tangible career tools, including a professional resume, an optimized LinkedIn profile, a compelling professional narrative, and stronger networking and interviewing skills.

More importantly, graduates leave with greater clarity about their career direction, increased confidence in their professional value, and a supportive network of peers, coaches, and alumni.
