Veteran talent doesn’t stop creating value once the hiring process is over—and recently, we were proud to be part of a conversation about what it takes to support that talent for the long term.
FourBlock team members Karin Childress-Wiley and Gena Pirtle, SPHR had the opportunity to speak at the Dominion Energy Veterans Conference, joining leaders, veteran employees, partners, and advocates for an important discussion around recruiting, engaging, retaining, and empowering veterans in the workforce.
They shared how FourBlock can serve as a strategic partner throughout that work—from preparing veterans for meaningful careers to helping employers build stronger military talent strategies.
But one of the most meaningful parts of the day was seeing that impact already at work.
FourBlock alumni at Dominion Energy shared how the Career Readiness Program helped shape their own career journeys—and today, they are continuing to champion veteran talent within their organization. That full-circle impact is something our entire team is incredibly proud of.
