Last week, our partner Candorful brought that commitment to life in a powerful and visible way.
A team of Candorful coaches and board members took on the Paul Revere Half Marathon, not just as a physical challenge, but as a collective effort to raise funds in support of their mission: helping individuals prepare for high-stakes interviews and career moments through practice, coaching, and confidence-building.
The Candorful relay team included:

- Charlie Tillett (who completed the full 13.1 miles)
- Brian O’Keefe (Oracle MAVEN)
- Jorge Molano (Oracle MAVEN)
- David Ventola (Navy Dad)
- Pat Hubbell (Candorful Co-founder)
Together, they showed what it means to lead with purpose—bringing energy, visibility, and commitment to a cause that directly impacts career mobility.
But the effort doesn’t stop at the finish line.
Candorful is still working to close the gap on their fundraising goal, with $2,500 remaining to unlock a $25,000 milestone. Every contribution helps extend their reach and deepen their impact—supporting more individuals as they prepare for critical career opportunities.
